Question: Did you deal with an angry customer?

Answer: Normally they are dealt with by my subordinates. However, on escalation, some aggrieved customers are referred to me. I remember a customer who got his consignment in a damaged conditioned. Even the replacement, sent a few days later, was damaged. He was angry that he did not have the material to sell. I calmed him down and changed our transporter for his consignments. Also, I sent him in my car accompanied by my driver and his ordered goods.
